A born-and-raised Caymanian, Joshua Hew joins Property Cayman as a Real Estate Agent, bringing a wide-ranging background in property management, operations leadership, and hospitality to every client relationship.

Joshua’s career began in luxury hospitality through training with the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, where he built a strong foundation in client service and relationship management. He went on to spend several years in property and strata management, overseeing residential, commercial, and mixed-use portfolios across the Cayman Islands — from budgeting and vendor coordination to tenant relations and large-scale maintenance projects. Most recently, he held operational leadership roles within a family-owned business, managing divisions spanning retail, sales, logistics, and service operations.

Joshua’s varied background gives him a practical, on-the-ground understanding of what drives real estate decisions, allowing him to guide clients with professionalism, transparency, and genuine local insight. Outside of real estate, he’s the founder of Active Casuals, a community wellness initiative that brings people together through movement and connection, including the popular Run on Sunday events. Joshua approaches every relationship — client or community — with integrity and a commitment to building something that lasts.
