Marien Rodriguez

Marien Rodriguez joins the team as Transaction Coordinator, bringing years of property management and hospitality operations experience to a new chapter in real estate. She supports the smooth flow of each transaction, keeping paperwork, deadlines, and communication on track between all parties.

Born and raised in the Cayman Islands with roots in Cuba, Marien is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Her background spans real estate, property management, and hospitality — from assistant property manager and real estate agent roles to housekeeping and front desk supervision — giving her a well-rounded foundation as she steps into this new position. She holds certifications in Real Estate, Facility Management, and Hospitality Supervision, along with training in QuickBooks and Chief Architect.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her chasing sunsets at the beach or exploring new restaurants and local favorite spots.
