With a lifetime of listing and living in Cayman, Mike has seen the island and its real estate evolve before his eyes. Excited by innovation, motivated to do things differently, and always leading, he started Property Cayman. A first of its kind, Cayman’s boutique local real estate agency. And since day one, it’s been about delivery value for the client, for Cayman.
Mike has sold three of the top ten most expensive homes in The Cayman Islands, as well as the most expensive house in South Sound and the highest sale in Rum Point in 2020. That’s why when it comes to the ins and outs of buying and selling on the island, you can be sure Mike has written a helpful blog on it. A recognized resource, a trusted advisor, and yet it’s his connection to the community, the Cayman culture and customs, that make him so much more than that.
